Password reset using e-mail

  • You can enter your Palacký University e-mail address if you have forwarded e-mails to your private e-mail.
  • If you are a student, enter the e-mail address which you have used for registration at prihlaska.upol.cz.
  • If you are an international incoming student at Palacký University within an short-term exchange programme (Erasmus+, Cooperation Agreements, CEEPUS etc.), please enter the e-mail address you have used in your Erasmus+ online application or ECTS application.
  • If you are an employee of Palacký University, enter your private e-mail address which you have set up in Portal UP (alternative e-mail).
  • The link received in an email address will be valid for one hour.
  • If you did not receive an email with a link for password recovery or were unable to set a password, please submit a request via Helpdesk.

Password reset using Citizen Identity (NIA)Citizen Identity

  • If you have an active Citizen Identity, you may use it to reset your password.
  • Upon logging in, you will be asked to transmit your personal information to UP. This information is used to verify your identity.
  • After a successful identity verification, you will be redirected to a link for password recovery.
  • The link will be valid for one hour.
