| Odborné aktivity (EN) | Dr. Silberg holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Personnel Management and Educational Leadership and a PhD. in Adult Education and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Work and Organisational Psychology at Palacký University in Olomouc. In the last 5 years she has gained hands-on experience with academic research projects (5 as principal investigator, 4 as co-researcher) dealing with the relationship between workers' capabilities in teams and the impact of organisational behaviour and organisational agility on their job satisfaction, the release and utilisation of human potential through systemic L&D, work design and supportive organisational culture, age management, etc. She is an accredited expert for Hogan Assessments, The Deeper Signals Coaching Certification, Team Assessment Survey - The Rocket Model, Management 3.0 and evaluator for the EU funding programme for interregional cooperation INTERREG Slovak Republic - Czech Republic in the period 2021-2027 under priority axis 4: Improving equal access to inclusive and quality services in education, training and lifelong learning. She is also a member of international research groups validating several new measurement methods (Later Life Workplace Index (LLWI), Intergeneration Sensitivity Scale, Workplace Ambivalent Youngism Scale, Deeper Signals, etc.). Together with her team, she is involved in the interdisciplinary research networks COST Action CA23112 (COCAG) and CA24167 (HUMAN-IT), where she participates in Working Groups 1 and 3. She is also a member of the Management Committee, a member of the Science Communication Team, and the coordinator for Young Researchers and Innovators in COST Action CA22120 (LeverAge). In her current project, she investigates which working and organizational practices best develop the capabilities of a multi-age workforce, maximize the use of talent and knowledge transfer, and how these practices can be further developed and consolidated. She has over 20 years of professional and practical experience in management, team (network) building, organizational development (OD), learning and development (L&D), and the search for transformative, holistic solutions in a fast-changing and competitive environment. |
